Structure and Functional organization

The company is divided into three departments: the Administrative and Financial Department (DAF), the Technical Department (DT) and the Integrated Management Department (DGI).

The departments of manual and mechanical labor are the ones that have less power of decision and are under the responsibility of the General Charge, but it is possible for us to verify daily that they never neglect their responsibility to fulfill the Ambiflora's objectives.

All these departments are under the guidance of the management that is the maximum responsible, accumulating also functions of commercial and technical nature.

Administrative and Financial Department (DAF)

The main duties and responsibilities are to manage and coordinate the Administrative and Financial Department of Ambiflora, optimizing the processes and ensuring the proper fulfillment of all accounting and fiscal obligations, namely the economic management of each project;

Technical Department (DT)

The technicians that compose this department are responsible for presenting solutions, proposals and consulting in the Forestry and Environmental area to our clients. They are in charge for the preparation, planning, management and monitoring of work (quality control), elaboration of Forest projects, forest fire prevention plans, digital cartography, SIGs and monitoring of all projects in the field.

This department has the work teams and their respective overseer at their expense.

Integrated Management Department (DGI)

The DGI is the Department whose main attribution is the management of the Environment, Safety and Integrated Quality management system, that Ambiflora has been certified. Thus, it has as main attributions:

To ensure that the management system it is kept in compliance with the Standards NP EN ISO 9001, NP EN ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and to keep Management informed of the functioning of the Integrated Management System to ensure its continuous improvement;
Coordinate the preparation of the documents that constitute the documentary structure of the Quality, Environment and Safety System;
Ensure the establishment of corrective actions and preventive actions and the monitoring of audits;

Integrated in the DGI, is also the Department of Environment, Hygiene and Safety at work, which accompanies works, has functions in the maintenance of the management system and makes the bridge with the external company that assures the services of Hygiene, Safety and Medicine at work.
